Ordering procedure

To make communication with our office easier, we present here the procedure for placing orders.

Stage 1:

Valuation:

• By e-mail (dedicated valuation): to obtain a valuation for a specific project, please write to tc@pwn.pl. We will get back to you within one hour of your enquiry
• By telephone – valuation by telephone

Stage 2 (for firms and institutions):

Submission of order form:

After the valuation has been accepted, the client receives a completed order form from us. The client signs and stamps this and returns it by fax to +48 (61) 873 62 52 or by e-mail to tc@pwn.pl.

Stage 3:

Methods of payment:

• bank transfer
• PayPal

Payment terms for firms and institutions
Payment is made by the client within 30 days of receiving the finished translation and a VAT invoice.

Payment terms for individual clients
Payment is made by the client in advance, before the order is carried out.
