Deadlines

The time of completion of a translation is counted from the moment when the order is submitted and the texts for translation are delivered.

An order for translation received after 3 pm (GMT+1) is considered to have been placed on the next working day.

We translate texts to the following deadlines:

• Normal deadline: service completed in a minimum of 24 hours, counted from the moment when the order is submitted and the texts for translation are delivered. Translation to a normal deadline means translation of not more than 5 pages per day
• Express deadline: translation completed on the day of the order or at a rate of more than 5 pages per day. An additional charge is made, amounting to 50% of the price for translation to a normal deadline
